buenas, tengo un problema para conectar una dirección proxy, yo quiero que se conecte en toda la pc , use distintos programas tales como: nekoray, v2rayN y proxifier, y en todos ellos marca el mismo error que es este:

he intentado varias cosas que salían en google pero nada de nada, contacte al equipo de soporte donde adquirí el proxy, y me dijeron que el proxy funcionaba correctamente, y ya no se que hacer, por ayúdenmeeeeeeee.
