windows no reproduce audio

instalando el reproductos de windows 11 me dasaparecio el sonido y ahora windows no me reconoce el dispositivo de sonido, he buscado e instalado todos los drivers habidos y por haber por medio del everest y de la pagina del fabricante como ha leido en tantos foros, pero ya no se si hay elgo que no hago bien. el caso es que sigo sin poder reproducir audio en mi portatil. gracias por todo lo que he aprendido de todos vosotros, sois lA OSTIA.

Aprovecho tu post para enviar una queja al Administrador, ya que por alguna razón los nuevos post desaparecen enseguida (más rapido que antes) de "buscar mensajes nuevos".Me conecto con frecuencia y, sin embargo, tu mensaje no me apareció.

En cuanto a tu tema, disculpa el inciso, si aportas marca y modelo del equipo será más fácil averiguar qué está sucediendo.

Panel de control/Dispositivos de sonido y audio/pestaña Audio, comprueba que el dispositivo que figura ahí es precisamente el Via...

Si eso está correcto:

Tarjeta de sonido VIA VT8237A/8251 High Definition Audio Controller

Es posible que el problema esté aquí. Para funcionar con audio alta definición los sistemas Microsoft necesitan un parche. El procedimiento es primero instalar el parche y, a continuación el controlador de la tarjeta. En todo caso no encuentro una explicación de porqué ese parche (que ya tenías, evidentemente) se dañó.
