Hola!!
He leido ya varios foros sobre este problema pero soy novato en esto y no sé de cual fiarme y cual no....

llevo ya semanas con este problema, y mi ordeandor se reinicia con este molesto error. Se me pone la pantalla azul y me da un error memory_management y ya no se de qué podría ser!

Alguien me podría ayudar?? :help: :muro:

A bote pronto diria que las memorias ram...

Descarga WHOCRASHED a ver si hay suerte y te indica a que se debe.

Instálalo y luego ejecútalo como Administrador (botón derecho del ratón sobre el archivo). Pulsa en Analyze y cuando termine el proceso, copia el contenido de Analyze y Conclusion en tu próximo mensaje.

A bote pronto diria que las memorias ram...

El volcado que aportas es, tal como indica pako, muy sugestivo de módulo RAM dañado y/o suciedad en el slot (menos probable).
Si tienes más de un módulo, retíralos todos (máquina apagada, sin batería si fuese el caso y desconectada de la red eléctrica)
A continuación reinserta uno solo y prueba a trabajar así un tiempo a ver si se reproduce el error.
Según el resultado, retira ese módulo y prueba con el otro.

Hola,

Estamos dando por hecho que el equipo ya no esta en garantía, en caso contrario llévalo directamente.

Y a lo expuesto por Souto, una cosa mas para matar dos pájaros de un tiro :jaja:

Cuando retires todos los módulos limpia los contactos con una goma de borrar, hazlo suavemente y después retira la porquería con una brochita, así quitaras la suciedad de los contactos de la RAM.

Una vez limpios sigues los pasos de Souto con cada modulo, así deberías de saber cual o cuales son los que fallan.

el problema es que es un ordenador portátil...y no está en garantía (de hecho hace años que no lo está :( )....más o menos entiendo lo que decís pero no tengo ni idea de cómo hacerlo (porque nunca lo he hecho jejeje).

Creo que puedo deducir...que la única opción será llevarlo a algún técnico verdad? :S

Si no tienes experiencia en este campo, para eso están los técnicos.

Sin embargo lo que te proponemos es un procedimiento sencillo que, en general, está al alcance de cualquiera que sepa manejar un simple destornillador.
Es cierto que hay algunos, pocos, casos en que uno de los módulos RAM es interno y se precisa levantar el teclado (algo que ya no es tan sencillo). Sin embargo en la mayoria de los equipos basta simplemente con desatornillar una pequeña tapa en, valga la redundancia, la tapa inferior del portátil. Te ahorrarás unos euros y desplazamientos innecesarios.

Luego hay que desplazar los retenes laterales (2) y el módulo RAM ya se libera él solo. No queda más que tirar de él.

Hola,

Si no me equivoque con el modelo es muy fácil hacerlo:

Quitas los siete tornillos de la tapa que pone CPU.

Después veras dos zócalos de color blanco con RAM conectada, en los bordes de los zócalos tienes unas pestañas que tienes que separar para que así puedan salir los módulos de RAM, en la foto están marcados con unos recuadros blancos.

Y eso es todo para quitar los módulos de RAM, después debes de seguir los pasos que te puso Souto para así detectar que modulo/s falla/n.
