NO APARECE DISPOSITIVOS BLUETOOTH EN PANEL DE CONTROL

Hola. Mi problema es que no aparece en Panel de Control el símbolo de Dispositivos Bluetooth.

Podría no tener la menor importancia, el problema es que a pesar de que el icono de Buetooth me aparece en la barra de tareas, al lado del icono de batería de mi portátil ( y de estar los controladores instalados, dejo la imagen abajo para verse ) el bluetooth en concreto no me funciona.

He revisado, y en conexiones de red, el símbolo Conexiones de red Bluetooth 2, no se puede conectar,( aparece desconectado) sino que aparece con el símbolo de cruz roja al lado.
He intentado de que se conecte dando botón derecho sobre el icono, pero no aparece la opción de Habilitar, sólo la de Deshabilitar. Y lo que me despista es que tengo unos controladores bluetooth ya instalados y no sé que hacer.

Por último comentar que ya probé a instalar los controladores del fabricante adecuados a mi modelo de portátil, pero a la hora de quererlos instalar, me salen error. Ésto habiendo previamente desinstalado todo controlador buetooth de mi equipo que pude ver.

La verdad me fastidia muchísimo porque hace 1 mes compré unos auriculares bluetooth y no tengo manera de usarlos, ya que la entrada de audio de mi portátil se me averío y es una avería interna, y creo que es mucho más sencillo arreglar éste tema del bluetooth.

Desde ya agradezco toda la ayuda y orientación para poder arreglar este problema , que ya he buscado muchas soluciones pero hasta ahora está siendo imposible de arreglar.

Mi portátil es un Dell Inspiron 3721 ( americano )
Windows 7 64 bits con Service Pack 1

Y en radios de bluetooth tengo :

si aun tienes garantía de este equipo podría ser que sea un fallo de fabrica relación con el dispositivo bluetooth.
Checate en los datos de los drivers controladores de este hardware en dispositivos que status te marcan.
Pues si es un daño de hardware no importa que drivers y programas ejecuten, no podras hacer mucho.

Hola Firewings07 ante todo gracias por responder mi pregunta.

Bueno lo que me faltó por contar es que antes sí funcionaba.

Fue justo antes de usar un programa que creo se llama ad-aware, algo parecido. A partir de usar ese programa me averió hasta la conexión wifi.

Los drivers controladores todos marcan que funcionan correctamente.

La garantía ya la tengo cumplida.

Hola, no parece que haya un problema de hardware.
Yo, en primer lugar, te recomendaría que hicieses esta limpieza
 
Limpieza con Adwcleaner
Pega el log que te genera adwcleaner tal y como indica el siguiente tutorial:

Y coméntanos si se ha solucionado tu problema.

y si así no lo resuelves, en esta misma ventana tienes un pulsador "mp", pulsa sobre el para enviarme un mensaje privado y remíteme la etiqueta de servicio (service TAG) que tiene en una etiqueta en la tapa inferior del portátil.

Buenas, el problema persiste.

Es curioso pero fue justamente al usar éste mismo programa, cuando en la anterior vez se fastidió todo, la red wifi y el bluetooth.

Dos cosas:
1º Tal como habrás podido observar por el resultado, el sistema estaba pidiendo una limpieza a gritos. Probablemente ya habrás notado que "navega" mejor
2º Veo que no me expliqué bien respecto del Service TAG. El service TAG es un código que está en esa etiqueta. Algo del tipo S2A555.
eso es lo que neceito para identificar la máquina en la base de datos de Dell y comprobar qué hardware monta.

Sí asi es ahora se puede navegar mucho mejor. Lo que no entiendo porqué este mismo programa fue el que me "fastidió" todo la vez anterior, bluetooth incluido.

La etiqueta del portátil ya no la tiene, pero he encontrado algunos datos en la página de Dell que ha analizado mi equipo, te los envio por MP a ver si esos son los que necesitas.

El log de instalación que aportas sugiere que el sistema operativo está dañado (falta de permisos entre otras cosas) por una infección pasada o presente.
El Adwcleaner hace limpieza sobre cuestiones menores (spyware, adware...) pero no atiende a otras más serias.
Por otra parte, tal como comentas, es posible que tras la limpieza con él un dispositivo de red deje de funcionar: esto es simplemente porque los controladores originales y los identificadores de clase fueron previamente adulterados por el agente infeccioso.
Tras una infección nadie puede asegurar que un sistema operativo vuelva a su funcionalismo original; pero, en fin, habrá que acreditar primero que lo que digo es cierto, luego limpiar y finalmente reparar.

Mi consejo:
1. Descargar al Escritorio el SFTGC.exe. Aplicación de limpieza de temporales elaborada por un gabacho, Pierre13 (compañero foro en Francia ) y que ha traducido parciamente al español un servidor de usted.

Ratón derecho sobre el SFTGC.exe>>ejecutar como administrador. Se abrirá un ventanuco donde simplemete pulsamos sobre GO y a esperar a que finalice (quiere un tiempo)
Una vez que haya concluido la limpieza abrirá un texto en pantalla. No tiene mayor interés para esta causa, cerramos todo.
2. Intentar ahora instalar de nuevo ese controlador
3. Si fracasa, descargar e instalar una versión de prueba de Malwarebytes Antimalware y hacer un análisis completo del equipo (llevará horas, dejarlo por la noche)

4. Finalizada la limpieza hacer una reparación de archivos del sistema: inicio>>programas>>accesorios>>ratón derecho sobre símbolo sistema>>ejecutar como administrador. pegamos el comando

5. Intentar, una vez más, la instalación de los controladores.
6. Si después de todo esto tampoco va haríamos el proceso de instalación "artesanal", extrayendo previamente con 7zip. Pero esto queda para otro dia.
