En mi portátil sucede que, a veces, cuando estoy trabajando la pantalla queda azul. Espero que alguien me ìeda ayudar a encontrar la causa. Mirando qué podría ser me aconsejaron descargar el whocrashed, después que otra vez la pantalla quedó azul, obtuve lo siguiente en modo administrador:
