PC me esta arruinando todo

Todo comenzo cuando le aumente el volumen a mis parlantes desde el icono de la barra de Windows; los parlantes se estropearon junto con el teclado. Los parlantes eran alimentados con corriente via USB, y el teclado era USB.
La cosa no paro alli, al dia siguiente conecte otro teclado via ps2 y funciono; pero el mouse ps2 que tenia, resulta que se arruino tambien.

Mi pregunta es: Que esta pasando? Y que debo de hacer.

Placa: INTEL DG31PR
Fuente de 700W
Monitor 15” CRT
2 Memorias RAM de 2GB
Un UPS FORZA 750
2 Discos duros, solo en uno tengo el Windows

Nota: Hace tres anios le cambie la fuente y no habia habido problemas.

Hola.

Me da la impresión que el problema lo tienes en la placa base (que ya tiene sus años, ¿verdad?)

Mi primera sugerencia pasa por entrar en BIOS y seleccionar la opción 'Load Optimal Defaults' que se encontrará en el último de los menús.
Para ello, no necesitas el 'mouse' pero debes tenerlo conectado para que lo reconozca.
Salir de BIOS guardando cambios y probar.

Si esto no surte efecto, podría ocurrir que 'Load Optimal Defaults' no contemple algunas configuraciones que tú mismo tendrás que dar en el menú 'Advanced' > 'USB Configuration', por ejemplo.

Por dejarlo claro: cuando dices que los parlantes y el mouse 'se estropearon', entiendo que dejaron de funcionar en tu PC pero funcionan perfectamente en otra máquina, ¿correcto?

Gracias medDelfin por tu respuesta. He hecho lo que dijiste y todo sigue igual.
El teclado y el mouse ya lo probe en otra PC y no funcionan.

¿Y los parlantes? ¿Tampoco sirven?
¿Están también probados en otra máquina?

¿No tendrá algo que ver con "Tweaking.com - Windows Repair (All in One)"? :shock:

¿Has consultado el 'Administrador de disposivos'? ¿Algo extraño en él?
(Teclas Windows + R > devmgmt.msc > [Aceptar])

Cuéntanos algo mas. ;)

Los parlantes tambien no funcionan; pero hay algo curioso, los parlantes, el mouse, y el teclado quedan arruinados pero siguen con sus luces encendidas. Repito, los probe en otra PC y igual no funcionan. El administrador de dispositivos los reconoce pero me dice que no funcionan.

Logre a puro teclado entrar a el AIDA y aqui pongo los voltajes, por si hay alguna anomalia en ello.
Nota: La temperatura de esta Motherboard siempre ha sido asi desde que la compre. 4 anios

Hola,

A mi como a medDelfin me parece que el problema esta en la placa madre...

A la placa madre lo que le suministra la corriente para que funcione es la fuente de alimentación, pero luego la placa madre lleva su "modulo regulador de voltaje" que suministra tensiones mas bajas a otros componentes de la placa madre, que supongo que también llevara su estabilizador... bien, sabiendo eso intento dar mi punto de vista.

La impresión que me da es que al subir el volumen de los altavoces, estos demandaron demasiada corriente al puerto USB, que junto al resto de cosas USB que tuvieras enchufadas hicieron que algún componente de la placa madre se estropeara por temperatura, pudiendo dar mas tensión de la normal, algún corto o vete tu a saber, en placas antiguas es esto mas probable que en placa nuevas.

Si eso es así, yo no me arriesgaría a enchufar mas cosas en los puertos USB porque puede que jodas todo lo que enchufes.

Por otro lado, la temperatura del micro no la pones, pero la de la placa pones 84º, en serio que siempre ha sido así ? a mi me parece excesiva.

Y para rematar:

Valores de voltaje:
Núcleo CPU 2.19 V
CPU Auxiliar 3.25 V
+3.3 V 3.31 V
+5 V 5.56 V

+12 V 14.23 V
-12 V -8.68 V
-5 V -0.22 V



Lo normal suele ser un 5% de error, ahora mira esto y saca tus conclusiones con lo que te puse de color rojo:


+3,3 oscilaría entre 3,13 y 3,46v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre 2,97 y 3,63v).
+5v oscilaría entre 4,75 y 5,25v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre 4,5 y 5,5v).
+12v oscilaría entre 11,4 y 12,6v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre 10,8 y 13,2).
-5v oscilaría entre -4,75 y -5,25v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre -4,5 y -5,5v).
-12v oscilaría entre -11,4 y -12,6v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre -10,8 y -13,2).
+5VSB oscilaría entre 4,75 y 5,25v para el 5% de diferencia (Una diferencia del 10% supondría entre 4,5 y 5,5v).

Ya para ir cerrando el tema, pregunto:
1-Si el Modulo Regulador de Voltaje se arruino Vale la pena mandarlo al servicio tecnico? pregunto por el costo (+/-) vs el beneficio.
2-Seran los afectados unicamente los puertos?
3-De que manera les afecta esto a los discos duros, memorias y CPU?

Y por ultimo una pregunta general y personal: Que harian Ustedes?.

Tu pregunta sobre el disco duro y las memorias no tiene respuesta hasta que no se instale (el disco) en la nueva placa. De las memorias, es muy relativo pues depende si podrán ser reutilizadas en la nueva placa (por características).

De la CPU, ya puedes olvidarte después del excelente análisis forense que te ha hecho Pako.
Lo mas razonable es placa + CPU... las dos, nuevas.

No entro ya en los costes que esto represente. Depende del bolsillo de cada uno.
